Last day to register is April 12 no later than 8:30pm
Check-in: April 19 no later than 8pm

Event begins April 20 at 9am

18th of March:
The workout is called “Helen”
3 rounds for Time:
· 400m Run
· 21 Kettlebell Swings (54lb/1.5 pood)
· 12 Pull-Ups
--- 15 min break and competition floor set-up
--- 5-10 minutes prior there will be a workout demonstration for athletes to discuss proper form and movement standards.
 

25th of March:

The workout is called “OPEN 11.2”

AMRAP in 15 minutes

  • 9 Deadlifts (155/100 lb)
  • 12 Push-Ups
  • 15 Box Jumps (24/20 in)
  • 15 min break and competition floor set-up
  • 5-10 minutes prior there will be a workout demonstration for athletes to discuss proper form and movement standard

1st of April:

The workout is called “OPEN 18.2 & 18.2 A”

Total Time Cap: 12 Minutes

For Time 1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10 Reps of:

  • Dumbbell Squats (2 x 50/35 lb)
  • Bar-Facing Burpees

Then, "18.2 A"

  • 1 rep max Clean
