Virtual Core

This class is designed to build core muscle groups while improving posture through performing exercises that strengthen the abdomen and back muscles and increase flexibility. Classes will include a variety of equipment  and/or body weight exercises to help strengthen your core fundamentals in a great workout. Class taught online.
