The Official Mail Center (OMC) provides official mail services to units on Eielson AFB. Before receiving or sending official mail, individuals must complete training, be appointed on a memo, and be listed on an AF Form 4331. This form must be signed by the security manager and appropriate appointing official. Contact us for more details.
The Postal Service Center (PSC) is a program primarily for Eielson AFB dorm residents. It operates on behalf of the USPS and is responsible for carrying out USPS policies, procedures, laws and regulations governing the USPS. Customer packages are scanned when received, which generates a text alerting them of package arrival. The PSC mail delivery schedule to on base residents and or PO boxes is daily. Please contact the mail room for any periods of time you are unable to pick-up your mail.
