We are now by appointment only. Please go to the ID Card Office Online site to make an appointment and follow the instruction below.

• On the ID Card Office Online Site Locator & Appointments Web page.
• • In the Search bar and type  "Eielson AFB" and click search. 
  • Click on "Eielson AFB" on the right-hand side of the screen.
  • Click on 'Schedule an Appointment at the bottom of the window
  • Find the day and time you want and fill out the information needed.
