Class Descriptions

Pound

A POUND® class is a high-energy, music-driven group fitness workout that combines cardio, Pilates, strength training, and drumming to create a full-body exercise experience. Participants use lightly weighted, neon-green drumsticks called “Ripstix®” to drum on the floor or in the air, allowing for a fun, stress-relieving workout that burns major calories per session.

Spin

A spin class, also known as indoor cycling, is a group fitness session conducted on stationary bikes. Participants pedal through a series of high-intensity intervals and endurance segments, all to the rhythm of energizing music, guided by an instructor.

HIIT

This class involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest or lower-intensity activity. These high-intensity intervals could include activities like sprints, burpees, or jumping jacks. HIIT is known for its ability to torch calories and build strength.

Rip & Ride

This class involves a rhythmic based class using music that includes high energy songs with build ups to utilize high intensity intervals for endurance training and steady state climbs for strength training. Classes will include equipment intervals on and off the bike.

Saturday MIX

Instructors rotate weekly, giving participants the opportunity to try a variety of classes such as Barre, Yoga, Spin, Zumba, HIIT, Pound, Step, and more.

Iceman Crossfit

The class is high-intensity that focuses on varied, full-body workouts. Participants perform a range of exercises, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobic movements, in a structured and timed format. CrossFit aims to improve strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness, often in a supportive group setting.

HIIT/Mobility

In this class, participants engage in bursts of intense, full-body exercises followed by mobility drills to improve flexibility and range of motion. This dual approach offers a well-rounded workout, enhancing cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall body flexibility for a balanced and effective fitness routine.

Barre

This class is a low-impact but challenging fitness session that incorporates elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Participants use a ballet barre for balance while performing isometric movements, small pulses, and stretches. This workout is designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.

Strength & Mobility

Build strength, improve mobility, and move better. This full-body class combines resistance training with dynamic mobility work to increase stability, reduce stiffness, and support stronger, more efficient movement. All fitness levels welcome!

Strength & Core

Strengthen your core and move better from the inside out. This class combines foam rolling for muscle recovery and mobility with targeted core training to build stability, improve posture, and support full-body strength. All fitness levels welcome!

Shimmy & Shine

Time to move your hips with Shimmy & Shine! This is a confidence-boosting dance experience inspired by the powerful art of Raqs Sharqi (Belly Dance). This is NOT your average workout class. This is strength wrapped in grace. Feel powerful in your own skin and strengthen your core through dance to shake off stress. No dance background needed. Just bring your energy, and we’ll guide your every step, shimmy, and sparkle along the way.

Zumba

A Zumba class is a lively and energetic dance fitness session that fuses Latin-inspired dance movements with aerobic exercise. Participants groove to upbeat music, following the instructor’s choreography in a fun and engaging atmosphere.

Yoga

This class involves series of poses and stretches designed to improve balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall physical and mental health. It combines physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation to promote flexibility, strength, and mental well-being.

Step

A step class is a high-energy, low-impact group fitness cardio workout that involves stepping up and down on a height-adjustable platform, or “step,” to music. It boosts heart rate, strengthens the lower body, improves coordination, and uses choreographed routines to keep the workout engaging.
