First come, first served. A vendor space is not considered reserved until the completed registration information and the $40 vendor fee have been received.

Each vendor space is 10 feet by 10 feet. Vendors are responsible for providing their own tables, chairs, displays, canopies, extension cords, and any other equipment needed for their setup, unless otherwise coordinated with the event staff. All merchandise, displays, and equipment must remain within the assigned vendor space.

Vendor setup will take place from 11:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Vendors must be fully set up and ready for customers no later than 2:00 p.m. The Holiday Marketplace will be open from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. Vendors are expected to remain open for the full event and should not begin packing up before 5:00 p.m. unless directed by event staff. Teardown and cleanup will occur from 5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. Vendors must remove all merchandise, equipment, and trash from their space before departing.

Appropriate holiday-themed and family-friendly merchandise is encouraged. Acceptable items may include handmade crafts, artwork, holiday décor, ornaments, gifts, jewelry, clothing, accessories, books, toys, home goods, and seasonal products.

Food vendors are not permitted. Vendors may sell pre-packaged food items only, such as sealed baked goods, candy, snacks, or similar items. On-site cooking, food preparation, food sampling, beverage service, or the sale of ready-to-eat meals is not allowed.

All vendors are expected to maintain a clean, orderly, safe, and family-friendly display. Vendors must comply with event-staff directions and all applicable installation, safety, access, handling, and release requirements. Prohibited items include illegal, unsafe, offensive, age-restricted, or otherwise inappropriate merchandise.

By signing up, vendors acknowledge that they understand the vendor fee, event schedule, space limitations, food restrictions, and cleanup requirements.
