Iceman Falls Lodge

Surrounded by the beauty of Alaska’s wilderness, our lodge offers a serene retreat. Enjoy outdoor activities, cozy accommodations, and breathtaking views. The ski hill will not operate this winter, but the tube hill (left of the Lodge) will open as soon as there’s enough snow!

The Iceman Falls trail system transverses hilly terrain and has intermediate and advanced trail systems. The intermediate system is gently rolling with 2.5 and 5 kilometer trails. The advanced system offers the skier a choice of 2.5, 5, and 7.5 kilometer trails. The Iceman Falls trail system is rated as one of the best in the Fairbanks area. Cross-country ski equipment is available for rent.

During the summer the Iceman Falls Lodge cross country ski trails can be used for hiking and mountain biking.

Eielson has one public use cabin located on the advanced section of the Iceman Falls Lodge cross country ski trail. The cabin is very rustic and sits upon a hillside overlooking the valley. The cabin is furnished with a wood stove, table and chairs, benches, and a loft for overnight sleeping. The cabin has a first-come, first-served policy.
