R4R RecOn: Rock Climbing

Join Eielson ODR for a day trip to Grapefruit Rocks for a full day of top-rope rock climbing hosted by W.I.L.D Alaska!
Climbing at Grapefruit Rocks in the White Mountains to the north of Fairbanks is an awesome way to enjoy the Alaskan summer. Beginners are encouraged to try some top-rope climbing with us. Veteran climbers will have the opportunity to learn the local crag. All equipment provided, no experience required, but show up willing to work hard on the hike up to the rocks.
All participants will need to fill out a liability waiver and a medical disclosure from the W.I.L.D team. These must be brought to check in the day of the trip.
Non-R4R eligible price: $90.00
In order to sign up for this trip you must do it in person at the Raven’s Nest on base. IDs will be checked to ensure you qualify for the R4R trip. Dress warm as this is an outdoors trip.
