Spin
A spin class, also known as indoor cycling, is a group fitness session conducted on stationary bikes. Participants pedal through a series of high-intensity intervals and endurance segments, all to the rhythm of energizing music, guided by an instructor.
HIIT
This class involves short bursts of intense exercise followed by brief periods of rest or lower-intensity activity. These high-intensity intervals could include activities like sprints, burpees, or jumping jacks. HIIT is known for its ability to torch calories and build strength.
Iceman Crossfit
The class is high-intensity that focuses on varied, full-body workouts. Participants perform a range of exercises, including weightlifting, gymnastics, and aerobic movements, in a structured and timed format. CrossFit aims to improve strength, endurance, and overall physical fitness, often in a supportive group setting.
HIIT/Mobility
In this class, participants engage in bursts of intense, full-body exercises followed by mobility drills to improve flexibility and range of motion. This dual approach offers a well-rounded workout, enhancing cardiovascular fitness, strength, and overall body flexibility for a balanced and effective fitness routine.
Barre
This class is a low-impact but challenging fitness session that incorporates elements of ballet, Pilates, and yoga. Participants use a ballet barre for balance while performing isometric movements, small pulses, and stretches. This workout is designed to strengthen and tone muscles, improve flexibility, and enhance posture.
Ballistics
The class is an intense, explosive form of exercise that blends strength training with cardiovascular movements. Participants engage in rapid, powerful movements such as kettlebell swings, medicine ball throws, and plyometric exercises, all aimed at increasing speed, agility, and power.
Zumba
A Zumba class is a lively and energetic dance fitness session that fuses Latin-inspired dance movements with aerobic exercise. Participants groove to upbeat music, following the instructor’s choreography in a fun and engaging atmosphere.
Yoga
This class involves series of poses and stretches designed to improve balance, reduce stress, and enhance overall physical and mental health. It combines physical postures, controlled breathing, and meditation to promote flexibility, strength, and mental well-being.
